Ammount claimed:
- in claims for recovery of money - the amount to be recovered;
- in claims for the recovery of property - the value of the property claimed;
- in claims for the early termination of a lease or tenancy agreement - the total amount of payments for the remaining term of the agreement, but not more than for three years;
- in claims for the termination of a transaction or for a declaration that a transaction is invalid - the amount of the disputed transaction;
- in claims concerning the right of ownership of immovable property - its value, but not less than its cadastral value;
- in claims consisting of several independent pecuniary claims - the total amount of all the claims.
- If several claimants and (or) several respondents participate in the proceedings, the arbitration expenses shall be increased by 10% for each additional claimant or respondent.
- The remuneration for the services of a secretary is EUR 100.00 per hearing lasting up to 3 hours. If a hearing lasts longer than three hours, the remuneration for the services of a secretary shall be calculated at the rate of EUR 25.00 per hour and shall be paid to the Arbitration Court additionally. Each subsequent hearing shall be paid for separately.
- The remuneration for the services of an interpreter shall be determined on the basis of an estimate drawn up by a sworn translator, an interpreter or a translation agency.
- The remuneration for the services of an expert shall be determined on the basis of an estimate drawn up by the expert, an expert bureau or another institution conducting the expert examination.
- The amount of an arbitrator's travel and accommodation expenses shall be determined on the basis of the calculation submitted by the arbitrator and the supporting documents.
- For making copies of the materials of an archived case, i.e. a case the examination of which has been concluded by a ruling of the Arbitration Court, a fee of EUR 0.50 per page shall be payable.
